The Avi Resort & Casino is a hotel-casino resort located at the very southern tip of Nevada 16 miles to the south of the 9 hotels on “Casino Row.” Avi Resort and Casino like 8 of the 9 casino row hotels is right on the banks of the Colorado River. A true Desert Oasis; this Park has all the comforts of home and then some. This Park is situated adjacent to a beautiful Golf Course with great vista's of the surrounding hills and Desert Landscape. This Park has over 260 spaces with Palm Trees spaced between each site. If have a phobia of backing up into an RV site like I do; there is no need to because 80% of thier sites are pull throughs. There is Laundry Facilities with Gas Dryers, and CLean bathrooms with clean showers. A great place to stop and simply relax.

Not bad, but called ahead to reserve a spot, got there and was escorted to a spot next to a permanent resident, with junk and all, broken cable connection, awfully small space, terribly unlevel, was obviously the backyard for the neighbor, who with two dogs was very upset we were there, even had to move their truck for us to fit in. At the same time, there are at least 100 spaces empty. I wrote a letter to notify the park not to use this space and was reprimanded that it was my fault because I didnt ask for another space. Oh sorry, I thought you were running the business, not me. I dont work for you. A very sad reaction to a serious problem. The letter from the management was absolutely a crime.
